Emily believes that all of her cakes should taste as good as they look so, to ensure this she uses only the best, locally sourced ingredients. Each cake is baked by hand in her studio kitchen using tried and tested recipes. Emily offers a range of different cake flavours as shown below, but is more than happy to cater for any special requests you may have.

A deliciously moist, lightly spiced carrot cake laced with rum soaked raisins and coconut. Perfect with either a cream cheese frosting or a citrus buttercream.
Zesty Lemon Sponge
A light, fresh tasting lemon sponge cake packed with fresh lemon zest and drizzled with lemon syrup. Perfect with either a tart lemon curd or fruity blueberry conserve.
Dark Chocolate torten sponge
A grown up chocolate cake! Chocolate sponge cake layered with a decadent dark chocolate ganache buttercream. You can add raspberry or cherry conserve for a fruity twist.
Classic Victoria Sponge
A light vanilla bean sponge cake generously layered with Cornish raspberry conserve and white chocolate ganache buttercream. Also delicious with Cornish strawberry conserve.
Rich Figgy Fruit Cake
A rich fruit cake packed with plump, brandy soaked dried fruits including figs, apricots, cranberries, prunes and cherries. The cake is baked months in advance to ensure it has a mature, deep, fruity flavour and is regularly fed with even more brandy for a lovely boozy finish!
