Edible Painter of the year 2025! Cake International Awards

WOW!! What a huge honor!! Cake Painter of the year 2025 at the Cake International Awards!!

As I said in my speech on the night - I am incredibly privileged to be able to do a job that I love everyday and without platforms such as Cake International giving us the opportunity to share our passion, to meet like minded creatives, to get inspired and to inspire each other that would be so much harder.

Being a little part of such a supportive and warm community of insanely talented artists, generous suppliers, publishers and behind the scenes organisers from all around the world that make up the cake industry as a whole is an honour in itself.

Being recognised for what I do within that industry, by my peers blows my mind and means more than I can express.

A few thank yous...

Firstly a huge thank you and congratulations to my fellow nominees @fox_sophia @catiaguida and @traceymanncakes - an incredibly talented group of ladies who's passion for painting is inspirational!

Another enormous thank you to the judges for seeing something in me and my work. It means the absolute world and, after a tough year this has given me a renewed spring in my step to keep creating!!

Finally the biggest thank you to John my wonderful husband and Ben my gorgeous son. My family, friends and especially friends who have become family (you know who you are!) You all keep me going and I know you often suffer because of my relentless workload and chaotic artists brain. Your love and support make it all worthwhile xxxx
